You've been invited to the fire. Global Fire's Colorado Edition features the stars of the state — award-winning chefs who have the nod, and up-and-coming talent chasing Michelin stars. We would love to have you at the table. Read below for your invitation.
Global Fire is a celebration of fire culture across world cuisine. Every chef, every dish, every pour — shaped by live flame. Not a festival trick. Not a theme. The oldest cooking method on earth, given the reverence it has always deserved.
Fire is not the gimmick. Fire is the premise. In 2026, that premise comes to Breckenridge — where we're building a community around one of the most ancient cooking formats, featuring the stars of Colorado: award-winning chefs who have the nod and up-and-coming talent chasing their first Michelin star.
We're cooking in the community. And when we cook in the community, it feels like home. Your invitation is below.
Two Breckenridge gatherings. One invitation. Confirm the spot that's yours.
One evening at Country Boy Mine in Breckenridge — a historic venue whose walls are written into the mountain itself. This is an individual, project-based cooking evening: your station, your vision, chef stipend provided. The program centers on sustainable Westholme Wagyu, local Colorado proteins, wood-fired oysters, and fresh caviar — all kissed by fire. 350 curated guests, sunset over the valley.
Ridge Street closes. A free street concert opens to all of Breckenridge — DJ Lord of Public Enemy & Cypress Hill, Cut Chemist, and Chali 2na of Jurassic 5 on stage. Inside, 250 guests sit at a single long communal table for a four-course family-style dinner: Westholme Wagyu tomahawks and Colorado's finest chefs work in collaboration, all over live fire.
Complete the form below to lock in your spot. Brady reads every submission personally and reaches out to confirm details. This is a curated gathering — every chef is hand-selected and your presence matters.
