Three gatherings. Two cities set against the Colorado mountain landscape. Every chef, every dish, every pour — shaped by live flame. Global Fire is not a trend. It is a return to the elemental — smoke, char, and intention, across the world's culinary traditions.
"the most Aspen-centric experience of the entire weekend"
Kelly J. Hayes · Aspen Times / WineInk · Food & Wine Classic 2025
Global Fire is a love letter to our planet and the rich traditions of live-fire cooking. Ancient techniques. Cultural reverence. The elemental constraint that every culinary tradition on earth shares — and the extraordinary diversity of what cooks do within it.
Fire is the philosophy. Food is the community. Every chef, every dish, every pour must engage live fire — but what they do within that constraint is entirely theirs. Japanese, Mexican, Argentine, West African, American — one element, infinite expressions, one table.
From four successful years building this gathering in Aspen, we are excited to announce a new partnership in Breckenridge — bringing Global Fire to one of Colorado's most storied mountain towns for two landmark evenings in October 2026.
A private residence. 100 carefully curated guests. Michelin-starred chefs over live fire on the longest day of summer. No public access. No open ticket. The fire is set for the people whose names were placed on the list.

Every chef. Every dish. Every pour — shaped by open flame. See what the element asks of the cook.
